Controlled Chaos ships directly to your doorstep once your customized formula is finalized. Because every pre-workout is built specifically for you, orders typically ship and arrive within 1–2 weeks. Each order is packaged with care and processed to ensure accuracy, freshness, and quality. Once your order ships, tracking information is provided so you can follow it every step of the way. Our goal is to eliminate the hassle of supplement shopping while delivering a product that’s ready when your training demands it.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because Controlled Chaos products are custom-made and sealed for safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened products. This policy helps ensure product integrity and consumer safety.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an issue caused during shipping, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. We’ll review the situation and work with you to resolve it—whether that means a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
